SHIPPING POLICY

 

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the product price.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

2. Carrier Responsibility

All orders are shipped through third-party carriers.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the shipping company.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery issues outside our control

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

3. Pre-Order Shipping

For the official launch on April 24, all pre-orders will ship on that date.
After launch, orders will ship within standard processing times (2–5 business days unless otherwise stated).
