RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Pre-Order Refund Policy

Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of purchase only.

After 24 hours, pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable.

2. Limited Edition Products

All products are limited edition.
Once sold out, restocking is not guaranteed.

3. Returns (Non Pre-Order Items)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Item is unused

• Item is in original packaging

• Item is in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used merchandise

• Damaged items caused by misuse

• Final sale items

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the damage.

We will evaluate and offer replacement if applicable.
